Scan PCM for fault codes – stored P0128 (thermostat rationality), freeze frame data shows this last occured at 41115 miles. This fault is caused by a thermostat being stuck open and will need to be replaced. No TSB's for this concern. Clear fault code.
Raise on hoist. Drain coolant. Remove and reinstall: radiator hoses, heater hoses, throttle body bracket, and PCM. Replace thermostat housing with thermostat. Refill coolant and verify fan operation. Road test – ok.

P1226 (injector 2 output circuit), P0302 (cylinder #2 misfire), U0073 (CAN bus reset counter overrun), U0105 (lost comm with fuel injection control module), and U0101 (lost comm with TCM) areal stored faults. No diagnostic information available on ShopKey or AllData, found an online service manual but it does not have any of these faults listed. Clear fault codes and road tested – no faults returned and no driveability issues felt.
Remove and reinstall left upper speaker to disconnect visor light. Reprogrammed both remotes and verify proper operation.

Check and found coolant level low. Pressure text cooling system and no pressure loss after 15 minutes. Raise on hoist to inspect for coolant leaks – no active leak, but sign of leak residue at bottom of right side radiator tank. Recommend replacing radiator.
Raise on hoist. Remove and reinstall: front tires, inner fender wells, fender trim, front bumper fascia, radiator support brackets, condenser, trans cooler lines, and radiator hoses. Replace radiator. Verify fan and thermostat operation. Road test – ok.

Lifted rear of vehicle to remove and replace both brake rotors and pads. Greased caliper pins and sliders before installation of brake pads.

Lifted vehicle to rotate tires from front to back and adjusted tire pressures to recommended spec
Lifted vehicle to unjust front and rear toe. Front camber adjuster is maxed positive so camber cannot be adjusted caster cannot be adjusted due to camber be maxed positive any caster adjustment causes camber to become more negative
