2014 Honda CR-V

- SERVICE SPECIAL – 5 QUARTS OF OIL, FILTER AND 28 POINT VEHICLE INSPECTION.
- Raised vehicle on hoist. Removed rear tires. Removed 2 trailing arm bolts. Removed sway bar end links. Removed lower strut mounting bolt. Removed 2 flange nuts from top of strut. Removed and replaced rear struts. Reinstalled all components that was removed. Torqued all components.
- Raised vehicle on hoist. Removed front tires. Disconnected sway bar end links from struts. Removed axle nut and loosened cv axle. Removed both pinch bolts from struts. Removed 5 nuts from strut tower. Removed and installed new struts. Reinstalled all components that was removed. Torqued all bolts to specifications.
- WHEEL ALIGNMENT STANDARD
- Raised vehicle on hoist. Removed rear tires. Removed caliper. Removed and replaced rear rotors. Installed new brake pads. Reinstalled caliper. Reinstalled rear tires. Torqued tires to specifications.
- Complete brake system flush.

2006 Honda Ridgeline

Removed and replaced all both valve cover gasket and all 6 spark plug tube seals. Removed and replaced all 6 spark plugs. Installed both valve cover gasket. Installed new intake manifold. Reinstalled intake manifold. Torqued intake manifold to 22Nm. Installed new intake manifold cover gasket. Reinstalled intake manifold cover. Removed and replaced throttle body gasket. Reinstalled throttle body. Reinstalled air filter housing tube. Degreased vehicle to the best we can and washed off residue. Took vehicle on test drive and everything is working properly.

2008 Honda Fit

- Verified customer complaint, engine has a severe dead misfire, even at idle. Scanned vehicle for fault codes, found code p0303 cylinder 3 misfire. Monitored live data and verified that cylinder 3 is counting misfires. Swapped cylinder 3 ignition coil with cylinder 1 and ran the vehicle. Found that the misfire was now from cylinder 1, this testing proves that there is a faulty ignition coil causing the misfire. It is recommended to replace all 4 spark plugs with the ignition coil replacement. It is also recommended to replace all 4 ignition coils as a preventative measure, but not required to fix the misfire at this time.
- Removed engine cover, ignition coils, spark plugs. Installed new spark plugs, torqued to specifications. Installed ignition coils with new replacement ignition coil with dielectric grease. Reinstalled components. Cleared fault codes with scan tool, verified misfire is no longer present.
- SERVICE SPECIAL – 5 QUARTS OF OIL, FILTER AND 28 POINT VEHICLE INSPECTION.
