P2763 (TCC pressure control solenoid circuit high), C1431 (AT0, and C2521. Scanned vehicle for fault codes, found code p2763 lock up duty solenoid circuit high. Referenced wiring diagram for transmission. Accessed connector T4 for the transmission. Unplugged connector, performed resistance test from wire going to lock up duty solenoid to ground. Measured 80 ohms, resistance is out of specifications (spec is 13 ohms). Compared to primary up solenoid as a reference, resistance is within specifications on the primary up solenoid. Lock up duty solenoid resistance is out of specifications which is causing the circuit high fault code in the TCM. The valve body will need to be replaced to fix the transmission fault.

Check clutch pedal height, there is no adjustment available as it is a hydraulic clutch. Starter engagement is somewhat noisy, starter is a rebuilt unit and gear mesh with new flywheel is different. Could replace starter, but it still functions properly. Raise on hoist to inspect for rattle sound on initial take off from stop, found exhaust bracket hitting. Reposition exhaust bracket and road test – ok.
