Verified customer complaint, inspected brake fluid reservoir and found that it was low. Inspected brake system for leaks. Found brake hose leaking, tightened hose and verified that the leak stopped. Cleaned area and wheel of brake fluid. Topped off brake fluid. Bled rear brakes. Test drove vehicle and verified no leaks are present.

Verified there is a groaning/whine noise. Noise is only present with AC on, changes pitch with RPM. Used a stethoscope to pinpoint noise. Noise may be from the AC compressor or expansion valve. Hooked AC machine to system to check pressures. Refrigerant may be low based on performance test. Recovered refrigerant and found that the system only had 0.45 lbs. Full system capacity is 1.35 lbs. Replaced service port valves, held system under vacuum. Charged system with 1.35 lbs of refrigerant. Performance tested system, pressures OK, vent temp OK. Noise is no longer present.

Loud screeching noise coming from engine bay, removed the drive belt and noise was still present, found excessive pressure in the crank case, removed the oil cap and the noise went away, pcv valve has failed and the valve cover needs to be replaced.
Removed front cowl and strut braces to access valve cover. Removed and replaced valve cover, spark plugs, ignition coils, and vent tube. Cleaned all surfaces before installation. Test drove vehicle to confirm noise went away.

Perform a 28 point inspection
Only warning light on is for headlight out
Smelled like evaporator leak when first started and AC was only cool. ,qRecovered 0.45lbs from system. Evacuate system and perform vacuum leak test – passed. Add dye to system. Recharge system with 1.37lbs R134a. Recheck system operating pressures and outlet air temperature – ok.
Drain rear differential. Add customer supplied additive and fill differential oil.
Remove and reinstall intake air duct and air filter housing. Replace left headlight bulb, burned out. Recheck – left headlight still inop. Check power and ground to headlight assembly – OK. There is an internal failure of the headlight assembly between the connector and bulb. Need to replace assembly on left side.
