Removed bellhousing bolts and Removed transmission from vehicle. Removed old clutch and flywheel, removed and replaced rear main seal. Removed and replaced old throwout bearing, cleaned and greased clutch fork. Installed new flywheel and clutch. Reinstalled components. Added fluid to transaxle. Cleaned throttle body. Verified proper operation of the clutch.

- Drained engine coolant, removed fan and shroud. Removed serpentine belt. Removed alternator. Removed thermostat housing. Replaced thermostat and o ring. Water pump appears to have been leaking, removed and replaced water pump with new o ring. Reinstalled components. Added coolant and performed coolant bleed procedure. Verified engine no longer overheats.

Road test

2005 Volkswagen New Beetle
Mileage122,533Service Date2/20/2025Services Performed- Checked battery and alternator operation. Battery and alternator OK. Shut off vehicle to check for parasitic draw. Found ~0.3 amp draw. Narrowed down draw to one wire on battery fuse panel. Wire feeds interior fusebox. Checked for voltage drop along fuses to narrow down what fuse was powering the draw. Found the fuse that powers the radio had voltage drop. Removing radio fuse causes the draw to stop. Upon visual inspection found that there was a CD in the radio that wasn't in all the way and would not eject. Removed CD with needle nose pliers. Turned off vehicle and the draw did not return.

- Raise on hoist. Remove and reinstall: air cleaner housing, shift linkage, clutch slave, front tires, splash shields, starter, torque mount, trans mount, axles, and transmission. Remove clutch, pressure plate, release bearing, and flywheel. Replace rear main seal. Install new: flywheel, release bearing, clutch disc, and pressure plate. Road test – ok.

2011 Honda Pilot
Mileage130,941Service Date2/7/2025Services Performed- Check coolant level – found low and has a "Stop Leak" added. Topped off coolant, less than a quart low. Pressure test cooling system – no leaks found. No residual sign of leak. Only fault codes were related to evap control system. Actuate radiator fans with scan tool – ok. Run engine in stall to check radiator fan operation – found not coming on except with AC on. Even then ran hotter than normal. Remove grille to check radiator temp across face and found uneven temps across core – indicating restriction. Need to replace radiator and recheck fan operation.
