Inspected brake pedal and switch, found that the rubber stopper on the brake pedal that depresses the brake switch all the way had broken and fell off. Installed screw and washer to brake pedal to allow the switch to function properly. Verified brake lights no longer stay on.

Check and found the water pump worn and leaking badly. Need to replace water pump. Also recommend replacing belts and thermostat.
Perform a 28 point inspection
Raise on hoist. Drain coolant. Remove and reinstall: intake air duct, upper radiator hose, water outlet, heater tube, alternator belt, A/C belt, belt tensioner, water pump pulley, and thermostat housing. Replace: water pump, thermostat, thermostat gaskets, A/C belt, alternator belt, water outlet, and upper radiator hose. Refill coolant and pressure test – ok. Clean offcoolant residue from leak. Road test
Remove and reinstall ignition coils. Replace spark plugs.
Complete brake system flush.

Removed Intake manifold to access fuel Injectors and coils. Swapped coils but misfire stayed on cylinder 1. Used scope to look at injector voltage and current waveforms. Found cylinder 1 injector current waveform had a fault, cylinder 1 injector amperage is lower than the other injectors indicating an internal electrical fault with the injector. Power and ground OK at injector. Pulled fuel rail to check resistance on all fuel Injectors. Cylinder 1 Injector resistance out of specifications. Cylinder 1 injector replacement needed to fix misfire, all injectors are recommended to be replaced as well.
Removed Intake manifold to access fuel Injectors. Removed and replaced all fuel Injectors. Test drove vehicle to confirm misfire went away.
