- Charge and test battery – ok. Perform charging system test – passed. Check for parasitic draw and found an intermittent excessive draw. Draw should drop below 70mA afterv16 minutes, but intermittently will stay about 450mA. Perform voltage drop test on fuses in rear fuse box – no issues found. Perform voltage drop test of fuses behind glove box and found when draw is excessive there are 3 fuses that indicate high. One is for AC module and other 2 are for the body control module. There are a pair of small fans that pull in air on the AC panel that you can hear running well past the 16 minutes. The 2 modules seem to stay on, or go off together when problem is present. Seems like the body control module will intermittently not time out, and also keeps the AC module on.
