    • Perform a 28 point inspection
    • SERVICE SPECIAL – 5 QUARTS OF OIL, FILTER AND 28 POINT VEHICLE INSPECTION.
    • Removed negative battery terminal. Removed horn pad/airbag assembly from steering wheel. Marked and removed steering wheel. Removed steering wheel and steering column covers. Unplugged spiral cable assembly and removed assembly. Installed new spiral cable assembly, reinstalled components. Verified horn now operates normally. Started vehicle and airbag light now illuminates. Scanned vehicle for fault codes, found code B1811 D Squib circuit open. The code is current/active and will not clear. This is a open circuit in the drivers airbag squib. This code indicates a problem with the new aftermarket clockspring. It is unknown if the vehicles safety systems (and airbag deployment) will function as designed and it is highly recommended to get a new clockspring/spiral cable from a certified Toyota parts dealer.

    • Hooked up AC machine to vehicle system. Recovered AC system refrigerant. Recovered 0.63 lbs of refrigerant. Full system capacity us 1.32 lbs. Replaced both service port valves. Pumped and held system under vacuum. Added leak detection dye/oil to system. Charged system with 1.33 lbs of refrigerant. Performance test passed.
    • DISC ROTOR – Remove & Replace – Front,Both – [Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable) and replace Pads (if necessary). DOES NOT include refinishing.]
    • Complete brake system flush.
    • Removed glovebox. Removed connector for door actuator. Removed door actuator from housing and linkage. Installed new actuator. Verified actuator operates normally. Reinstalled components.
    • Performed power steering flush from reservoir.
    • Drained and filled fluid from transfer case, cleaned residual fluid.
    • Disconnected/removed wiring harnesses from intake air tube and valve cover. Removed intake air tube. Removed ignition coils, removed valve cover assembly. Cleaned sealing surfaces. Removed old gaskets from valve cover. Installed new gaskets to valve cover. Applied sealant to specified area on cylinder head. Installed valve cover. Removed and replaced spark plugs. Reinstalled components. Verified no leaks present at this time. Degreased engine of old oil leak.
    • Removed and replaced both front brake hoses. Bled front brakes. Verified no leaks present.
