- Check coolant level – found low and has a "Stop Leak" added. Topped off coolant, less than a quart low. Pressure test cooling system – no leaks found. No residual sign of leak. Only fault codes were related to evap control system. Actuate radiator fans with scan tool – ok. Run engine in stall to check radiator fan operation – found not coming on except with AC on. Even then ran hotter than normal. Remove grille to check radiator temp across face and found uneven temps across core – indicating restriction. Need to replace radiator and recheck fan operation.
