- SERVICE SPECIAL – 5 QUARTS OF OIL, FILTER AND 28 POINT VEHICLE INSPECTION.
- Perform a 28 point inspection
- Only warning light on is for headlight out
- Smelled like evaporator leak when first started and AC was only cool. ,qRecovered 0.45lbs from system. Evacuate system and perform vacuum leak test – passed. Add dye to system. Recharge system with 1.37lbs R134a. Recheck system operating pressures and outlet air temperature – ok.
- Drain rear differential. Add customer supplied additive and fill differential oil.
- Remove and reinstall intake air duct and air filter housing. Replace left headlight bulb, burned out. Recheck – left headlight still inop. Check power and ground to headlight assembly – OK. There is an internal failure of the headlight assembly between the connector and bulb. Need to replace assembly on left side.
